At Fishnet, we take pride in the quality of our frozen fish and broiler chicken products. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In the unlikely event that you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Return Conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
  • Products must be in the same condition that you received them: unopened, sealed, and stored properly.
  • A copy of the purchase receipt must be presented as proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:

Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
